Hello, I’m Lily! My pronouns are they/she. I grew up in Denver, CO and moved to New York City when I was 16 years old. I moved to WA state 2 years ago and have been really enjoying getting to know what Seattle is all about. Having lived in three very different regions of the country has influenced how I approach people in and outside of therapy. Another sentence***
When I am not being a therapist, you will catch me spending my time sleeping, reading Percy Jackson fanfiction and Greek Mythology retellings, rewatching Avatar the Last Airbender for the 20th time, learning French, spending time with my dogs (one of my dog’s name is Bumi), going to live music shows, and exploring WA state with friends. I also really enjoy fashion and spend a lot of time thrifting either in-person or on Depop.
I graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2024 with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts in Forensic Psychology. Today, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate offering in-person and virtual therapy across WA state.
Two of the things I value most in my life are authenticity and relationships. Both of these values influence and guide the way I approach therapeutic work with clients.
